the best prank I ever saw was years ago when this guy we hung around with was about to go down a really steep hill on his bike - like 70 degrees steep, all knobbly and covered with tree roots - but beforehand we disconnected his brakes and loosened the suspension right off. needless to say, he fell right down from the top to the bottom.

ive covered a friends car in post its too funny. but, much more work then expected.
