Duck race

GAME reinvented fundraising in 1988 in Tempe, Arizona with a local event that combined community, sponsors and nonprofits in a fun and unique way: Derby Duck Races. Since then, GAME has remained committed to taking this fun, family event to higher levels by adding more tools and ongoing support to its "flock" of racers. The largest Duck Races in the world are partnered with GAME, they are famous not only for their Ducks with Sunglasses, but because they all know the key to success is partnership and that partnership begins with GAME's know-how and ongoing support.

Do you even know what Science is?

They're rubber ducks. They float. They are waterproof. They will eventually float to a shore somewhere and a small child will find them and be delighted. DO YOU HATE THE HAPPINESS OF CHILDREN? DO YOU?

@Quixim

sure the ducks are waterproof, and sure i'd be nice if kids would find them.

What if the don't float to shore where people live? Or what if animals eat them? (big fish for example)

Or baby animals will find them, and love them until they grow up and have more baby animals passing the rubber ducks on from generation to generation forever bringing happiness!

@ Kikkertje:

They Put up a sort of corral system to catch all the ducks. We do this in my town too. They catch all of 'em and reuse them the next year.

It's true, no ducks real or otherwise are harmed in this activity. They do this a lot of places as a decent fundraiser/festival event.
