its called photograms i took a photography class in collage and we messed with it a little you just lay objects ontop of photo paper and then expose it for a verry short amount of time then develop the paper in the chemicals and see hoe it terns out solid objects apear solid white wile see through objects apear to be ex rays snf you can use real exrays in the prosess to add cool effects color is added later if you like with glass dye and other paints they are real

some are fake.........the handcuff one is real. Items that are omnipaque like metal (handcuffs, tractors, and the like); you cannot see through. AT ALL! the flower pic is real because you can add x-ray dye to the flowers water and then x ray it!

There may be some legit photos mixed into the fake...

There may be some legit photos mixed into the fakes but for example the office one is an obvious fake. The shapes are too perfect and the repeating patterns in the bricks as well. It is obviously hand-crafted.

i'm actually a friend of someone who does these types of photographs. they are real and done with an x-ray machine. the color is artificial and added with photoshop, but the images are real. also, many of them are separate objects that are added together with photoshop (like the suitcase image).
